Delivery Terms:

1. Free delivery on orders within Bulgaria of over 25.50 € to a BOXNOW locker.
   For all orders within Bulgaria under 25.50 €, the delivery price to a BOXNOW locker is 1.50 €. 
   Free delivery within Bulgaria on orders of over 35.50 € to a Speedy locker.
   Free delivery within Bulgaria on orders of over 50.50 €  to a Speedy office.
   For orders up to 50.50 €  to an Econt or Speedy office, a delivery fee is charged.
   For deliveries to the client's address, a fee is charged, regardless of the value of the order.
   All delivery fees are calculated automatically and are visible when choosing a delivery method.
   
   
2. Orders lacking Name, Address and Contact number are not processed! This is mandatory information when sending shipments by courier.
   
   
3. Orders made and confirmed by 5 p.m. (GMT+2) on a working day are processed and sent on the same day. When ordering to an office of Econt or Speedy, the customer receives the products the next working day! Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are confirmed and shipped on Monday.
   
   
4. Orders below the minimum value of 7.50 € incur a handling fee of 2.50 €. To avoid this fee, simply add more items to your order until the total value exceeds 7.50 €.
5. If it is not possible to deliver the next day, we will notify you in advance.
   
   
6. After receiving your order, we will contact you personally at the specified phone number and only after your confirmation will we start processing your order.
   
   
7. For orders that have been refused after they had been sent by courier, the amount for the courier service in both directions is due.
   
   
8. Goods may be returned in accordance with the provisions of the CPA, in which case the courier service fees are at the expense of the customer.
