Return and Refund Policy
We at The Best of Shaving - bestshave.eu (owned by SSI OOD) strive to provide the most simplified process in case of need to return the product or make a claim. Please read our terms and conditions below, in accordance with the current legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria.
1. Right to withdraw from the purchased goods (Return within 30 days)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the concluded distance selling contract and return the purchased goods without giving a reason.
- Return period: No later than 30 days, counting from the data for receipt of the goods from your side.
- How to notify us: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by e-mail at: sales@bestshave.eu within the statutory 30-day period.
⚠️ Important exclusion of advice for hygiene reasons: Given the nature of the products we offer (cosmetics and personal hygiene), a withdrawal from a concluded contract for goods whose nature excludes this from a hygiene point of view or health protection (e.g. creams, balms, facial brushes, razors, blades, etc.) cannot be fulfilled if they have been unsealed, opened or used. In case the product has been used, a return is not possible. If the returned product is incomplete, arranged or visibly used, the seller has the right to demand compensation for the damages incurred.
2. Conditions for complaints and warranty
Despite the fact that the percentage of advertisements with us is extremely small, all products from bestshave.eu have a 24-month warranty period, unless otherwise stated on the label / page of the specific product.
- Warranty period: The warranty begins to run from the data of receipt of the goods by the consumer. The seller is responsible for all defects of the products upon receipt or when they appear during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover defects caused by rough, improper use or mechanical damage.
- Deadline for comments on an advertisement: The statutory deadline for comments and recording an advertisement is 30 days from the date of its submission.
3. Procedure for sending products and Shipping costs
Before sending the product back to us for a complaint or refusal, please contact us for more information by phone: + 359 052 600500 or by email: sales@bestshave.eu.
All shipments must be sent to the following physical address: SSI OOD Bulgaria, Varna, 5 Voden Str.
Shipping requirements:
- Documents: In the shipment, you must attach a description of the reason for the return/complaint and a copy of the invoice or receipt for the purchased goods (or information to identify the purchase - name and phone number).
- Shipping costs: All shipping costs for returning the product are entirely at the expense of the buyer and are not supported upon refund.
- Cash on delivery: Please DO NOT send the goods with shipping companies requesting cash on delivery to us. In such a case, the shipment will not be accepted.
4. Refund
After we accept the returned goods and verify their integrity and commercial condition, the amount will be refunded to you within 14 days at the latest:
- When paying by cash on delivery / bank transfer: Please send in the shipment or by email the bank account number (IBAN) to which you wish the amount to be refunded.
- When paying by debit or credit card: If it is necessary to return amounts paid by card, this will be done by us through a transaction only and exclusively on the card with which the payment was made, within 14 working days.
